- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 3/4 cup creme de menthe baking chips
- 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat cake mix, brown sugar, eggs, oil, water and peppermint extract with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in baking chips and chocolate chips.

Step2Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart.

Step3Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until centers are set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.
