This sophisticated sauce only needs 15 minutes on the stovetop, and it instantly transforms plain ice cream into a special dessert.
Brandy Berry Caramel Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 6 oz fresh raspberries (1 cup)
- Ice cream
- Fresh mint leaves, if desired
Instructions

Step1In small heavy saucepan, stir sugar and water. Heat to boiling, without stirring, over medium heat. Cook about 10 minutes or until mixture turns caramel in color (watch carefully so it doesn’t burn).

Step2Remove from heat; stir in brandy and raspberries. Return pan to low heat; cook 2 minutes, stirring and smashing the berries until incorporated.

Step3Strain mixture to remove seeds. Serve warm sauce over ice cream. Garnish with mint.
