Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips
  • 3 to 5 drops blue gel food color
  • 2 tablespoons (from 3.5-oz package) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 4 teaspoons rainbow colored nonpareils
  • 1 cup Annie's™ Organic Birthday Cake Bunny Grahams™ Baked Graham Snacks

    Line two 15x10-inch pans with sides with waxed paper. In large bowl, add popcorn.

    In large bowl, add popcorn. In medium microwavable bowl, place vanilla baking chips. Microwave uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds or until chips can be stirred smooth. Add gel food color to the bowl; mix until evenly colored. Pour melted chip mixture over popcorn; mix well. Sprinkle with pudding mix and nonpareils; mix well to coat.

    Spread popcorn mixture in pans, separating popcorn pieces slightly. Let stand until set, about 30 minutes.

    Break into bite-size clusters. Transfer to large serving bowl. Stir in graham snacks.
