Beer Bacon Cheeseburger Macaroni

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 3/4 cup beer
- 2 cups milk
- 1 box Hamburger Helper™ cheeseburger macaroni
- 5 slices bacon, chopped, cooked
- 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
Instructions

Step1In 12-inch skillet, brown beef, onion and garlic over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain.

Step2Stir in hot water, beer, milk, sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger Helper box), cooked bacon and mushrooms. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

Step3Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
