Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon thick & chunky salsa
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 4 pita fold breads (6 inches in diameter)
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
- 6 ounces thinly sliced cooked roast beef
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (3 ounces)

Step1In small bowl, mix sour cream and salsa.

Step2Spread guacamole over pita fold breads. Top with lettuce, tomato and beef. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with salsa mixture.
