Ingredients
- 8 cups low-sodium tomato juice
- 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon red pepper sauce
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
- Celery ribs with leaves, if desired
- Additional fresh basil leaves, if desired

Step1In blender or food processor, place 1 cup of the tomato juice and 1 cup basil. Cover; process with on-and-off pulses until smooth. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce, pepper and celery seed. Add remaining tomato juice as needed to fill blender. Cover; process with on-and-off pulses until blended. Pour mixture into pitcher; stir in any remaining tomato juice.
