Barbecue Cheddar Melt

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 box Hamburger Helper™ Cheddar cheese melt
- 1 2/3 cups milk
- 1 1/3 cups hot water
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 cup crushed barbecue-flavored potato chips

Step1In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain.

Step2Stir in uncooked pasta and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper box), milk, hot water, barbecue sauce and onion. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat.

Step3Cover; let stand 5 minutes (sauce will thicken as it stands). Top with chips just before serving.
