Coffee Cake
- 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
- 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 egg
Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir all coffee cake ingredients with wire whisk or fork until blended. Spread in pan

Step2Bake 26 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes.

Step3In small bowl, mix all glaze ingredients until smooth. If necessary, add additional milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until thin enough to drizzle. Drizzle glaze over warm coffee cake. Serve warm.
