Our refreshing lemon doughnuts are fresh from the oven in only 25 minutes.
Baked Lemon Doughnuts with Lemon Glaze

Ingredients
Doughnuts
- 1 1/2 cups Bisquick™ Complete pancake & waffle mix
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Glaze
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Yellow sugar crystals or candy sprinkles, if desired

Step1Heat oven to 425°F. Spray mini doughnut pan with cooking spray.

Step2In medium bowl, mix all doughnut ingredients with spoon until blended. Spoon batter into pan, using about 1 tablespoon for each doughnut.

Step3Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Remove doughnuts from pan to cooling rack; cool 5 minutes.

Step4Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon milk and 1 teaspoon lemon juice with whisk until smooth.

Step5Dip tops of doughnut tops in glaze; sprinkle with sugar crystals. Serve warm.
