Baked Buffalo Frittata

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (4 oz)
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- 2 stalks celery, cut into 3-inch pieces
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. In 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish, melt butter in oven.

Step2In medium bowl, beat eggs and Buffalo wing sauce until well blended. Stir in cheese blend. Pour egg mixture over melted butter in baking dish.

Step3Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until set. Sprinkle frittata with blue cheese. Serve with celery pieces.
