Bacon and Swiss Waffles

- 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 ounces)
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
Instructions

Step1Heat waffle iron; grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening.

Step2Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs in large bowl until blended. Stir in cheese and bacon. Pour onto center of hot waffle iron. Close lid of waffle iron.

Step3Bake until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown. Carefully remove waffle.
