Meatballs
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Progresso™ plain panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh gingerroot
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce (from 6.5-oz bottle)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil. Spray with cooking spray.

Step2In large bowl, mix Meatball ingredients until well combined. Using rounded tablespoon measure, shape 20 (1 1/2-inch)meatballs; place in pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until no longer pink in center (at least 165°F).

Step3Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix Sauce ingredients. Serve with meatballs.
