- 1 bag (10 oz) romaine lettuce (6 cups)
- 12 oz sliced deli roast beef, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup Asian toasted sesame dressing and marinade
- 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
- Dry-roasted peanuts, if desired
