- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar

Salad
- 6 cups torn arugula
- 2 medium pears, sliced
- 2 oz blue cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted
