Say Goodbye to Boring Dinners with 2 Easy Upgrades

In a weeknight dinner rut? You know, when your go-to recipe starts to feel boring, but any other meal would take too long to make? Enter the Good Table, aka the solution to this all-too-familiar dinner dilemma. In one pack, you get a sauce and crust mix, designed to bring restaurant flavor straight to your dinner table. Even better, your meal is ready in 30 minutes or less! Sound too good to be true? We put the product to the test, and the results did not disappoint.

We tried two Good Table flavor packs: The Southwest Tortilla to dress up chicken breast, and Lemon and Herb to spice up otherwise basic tilapia filets.

We tried the Southwest Tortilla first. Inside the package, you’ll find the sauce mixture and the crust mixture. Separate the sauce and the crust mixture into two small bowls and dip a chicken breast into the sauce first and coat evenly.

Next, dip the chicken breast into the crust mixture and coat evenly. (Alternatively, you can toss the chicken with the crust in a plastic bag.)

Repeat with the remaining chicken breasts and place them onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 25-27 minutes.

The chicken came out delicious and juicy, and we editors agreed it tasted like it took way more effort to make than a mere 5 minutes of prep time. To complement the Southwest flavors, we paired it with a Corn and Black Bean Salad.

We repeated the dip-and-toss steps for the Lemon and Herb Tilapia, and the results were just as delightful! We paired our fish fillets with Oven-Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables to make it a well-balanced meal.
