Baby, it's cold outside! This easy cocoa recipe will warm you up on brisk winter days and is the perfect drink to serve at any cold-weather gathering. The recipe makes a rich, chocolate-y cocoa that feels more like dessert. Once it's done cooking, it can hang out in the slow-cooker on the warm setting while you entertain.

Place white chocolate chips, milk, heavy cream and vanilla into a 4-quart slow cooker. (You’ll find the exact list of ingredients in the recipe below!)

Cover and cook on low 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Once done, serve right away, or switch slow-cooker to a warm setting to keep hot until ready to serve. Top each serving with whipped cream and mini marshmallows. If you want to turn this in to an adults-only, alcoholic treat, simply add 1 ounce of coffee liquor to your cup before pouring in the cocoa.
