It may be bold to say it, but these are the best blueberry biscuits out there. Packed with blueberries and spiked with cinnamon and lemon zest, these biscuits are simply amazing.

Winter is my favorite time of year for baking. On cold days I can think of nothing better than staying in, turning on the oven and filling up my house with the aroma of something baking. On one particularly chilly day I dreamed up these loaded blueberry biscuits. They came together in just 15 minutes, and before I even pulled them from the oven I knew the recipe was a winner.

These amazing biscuits are bursting with blueberries and scented with a little lemon zest and a dash of cinnamon. A generous sprinkling of sugar before baking gives these tender and buttery biscuits a crispy outer layer that is super satisfying.
