Old-Fashioned Rolled Egg Dumplings
Bisquick®
With fork mix 1 cup Bisquick®, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon milk thoroughly. Turn dough onto well-floured cloth-covered board. Knead 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and elastic. Roll into rectangle, 12x6 inches; cut into 12 strips, each 6x1 inch. Drop strips onto boiling stew; with fork push strips gently into broth to coat both sides. Cook over low heat 10 minutes uncovered and 10 minutes covered. Makes 12 dumplings.
