How do I thaw a ham?

Asked on 11/16/2013 12:00:00 AM by ostrowski

Hi,

Frozen ham should be thawed in the refrigerator, never at room temperature.  Depending on the size of your ham, it may take several days to thaw.  So take it out of the freezer 3 to 4 days before you plan on roasting it.  Here is a handy chart to help guide in how long to cook it.  Enjoy!
