How do I cook kale?

Hi, great question! Kale is delicious but sometimes takes a bit of getting used to. 

 

To cook kale, melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet or oven over medium heat. Add 1 pound kale, torn into pieces. Cook kale, stirring frequently, until tender; drain.
