My name is Kindra Lloyd, the recipe creator and food photographer behind The Rose Wife Baked Goods. Expressing myself through creative baking is my greatest passion and I am excited to share this space with all of you. I had the pleasure of growing up around desserts with my fearless Grandmother, who, after coming all the way from England to California after WWII, had to teach herself everything there is to know about cooking delicious food. I inherited her brave ambition in the kitchen, and I cherish the culinary bond we share.

I am so excited to collaborate with Betty Crocker because, at least for me, I’ve always associated Betty Crocker with cake….and cake just so happens to be my favorite thing in the entire world to make and eat. I can’t wait to expand my knowledge, learning about all that Betty Crocker has to offer.

When I am not baking, I enjoy time spent outdoors with my family. We are uniquely situated between the ocean and redwood forest, so often our feet are either washed in sand, or our eyes fixed on trees that have been around for hundreds of years. I find being outdoors connects me to my faith, which is also a very important aspect of my life.

Whether I am photographing in my studio, filming an ASMR baking video or dreaming up my next exciting recipe, I hope you’ll feel welcomed in my kitchen. I look forward to sharing the knowledge I have learned through baking professionally, and at home, with all of you.
