- 1 cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
- 1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions

Step1In medium bowl, beat yogurt with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Step2Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Cover and refrigerate any remaining yogurt mixture up to 2 weeks.
