Ingredients
- 4 pita breads (6 inches in diameter)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
- 1/2 pound sliced cooked deli turkey breast, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 small tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (4 ounces)

Step1Heat oven to 400°.

Step2Place pita breads on ungreased cookie sheet. Mix sour cream and mint; spread evenly over pitas. Sprinkle each pita with 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Top with turkey, cucumber, tomato and feta cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
