Spinach-Cheese Bread

- 3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon caraway seed
- 3 eggs
- 1 can (11 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 box (9 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 9x5-inch loaf pan with shortening.

Step2In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except spinach thoroughly; beat with spoon 1 minute. Stir in spinach. Pour into pan.

Step3Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack.
