Spicy Apple-Cinnamon Cheerios™ Bars

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup Apple Cinnamon Cheerios™ cereal
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 cup honey
Instructions

Step1In a medium-sized container, mix the almonds, walnuts, hemp and pumpkin seeds, Cheerios™, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and salt.

Step2In a small pot, heat the coconut oil and honey. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Step3Add the honey mix to the dry ingredients. Stir until fully incorporated.

Step4Pour the mix out onto a small baking sheet and cover with non-stick pan lining paper. Bake at 300°F for 20-25 minutes, or until golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Step5Cut into bars of desired size. Serve, and enjoy!
