- 1 package (14 ounces) frozen precooked salad tortellini
- 3/4 pound cooked peeled deveined medium shrimp, thawed if frozen
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup fat-free Italian dressing
