Sausage Skillet Supper

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bag (24 ounces) frozen diced potatoes with onions and peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups broccoli flowerets
- 1 ring (about 3/4 pound) bologna or smoked sausage
- 3 slices process American cheese, cut diagonally in half
Instructions

Step1Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, oregano and pepper. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are light brown.

Step2Stir in broccoli; add bologna. Cover and cook about 15 minutes or until bologna is hot. Top with cheese. Cover and heat until cheese is melted.
