Roasted Asparagus 3 Ways

Our elegant roasted asparagus recipe can be ready in only 15 minutes. Delicious on their own, wrap the spears in prosciutto, crumble in some goat cheese or add toasted nuts for a little variation.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus (about 1 lb)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons coarse Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon, freshly ground black pepper
- Lemon slices, if desired
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Step2Snap off hard ends of asparagus. Toss with olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper.

Step3Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until crisp-soft.

Step4Garnish with lemon. Serve immediately.
