Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 medium stalk celery, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Step1Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook celery, onion, salt and pepper in butter, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender; remove from heat.
