Ingredients
- 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cups vanilla soymilk
Instructions

Step1In 3-quart saucepan, heat all ingredients to boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally; reduce heat to low.

Step2Cook uncovered 20 to 25 minutes, stirring frequently, until rice is tender; remove from heat.

Step3Serve warm with additional soymilk, if desired. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pudding.
