Raspberry Ginger Beer Smash

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 oz gin
  • 5-6 oz ginger beer
  • Sugar-dusted raspberries, for garnish

Instructions

    In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle raspberries and sugar. Top with gin and stir with ice.

    Strain into a copper cocktail mug and fill with ice and ginger beer. Garnish with raspberries dusted with sugar.
