Pumpkin Spice Hot Toddy

Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup sugar-free apple juice
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) rum
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) butterscotch-flavored schnapps
- 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Cinnamon sticks or additional pumpkin pie spice, if desired
Instructions

Step1In 1-quart saucepan, beat all ingredients except cinnamon sticks with whisk until well mixed. Heat just to boiling.

Step2Divide mixture evenly between 2 large mugs. Garnish each with cinnamon stick or a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
