- 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/4 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt
- 1 jar (12 ounces) pork gravy
- 2 tablespoons red currant jelly
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)

Step1Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Sprinkle both sides of pork with seasoned salt. Cook pork in skillet about 5 minutes, turning once, until brown.
