There are two foods that are always perfect for a party: Pizza and dip! So what could be more perfect than a pizza you can dip?

More About This Recipe

  • There are two foods that are always perfect for a party. The first one is pizza. It’s easy to serve, easy to eat with your hands, and always a hit with a crowd. The other perfect party food is dip. It’s easy to whip up a big batch, so you can feed a crowd of any size. And there’s just something about dipping your food that makes it twice as much fun to eat. So what could be more perfect for a party than putting these two favorites together? This Pizza Dip Skillet is a pizza and a dip in one. The secret ingredient is Totino’s™ frozen cheese Piz-za Rolls™ pizza snacks – about two dozen of them – all lined up around the outside of a big cast-iron skillet. Then you fill up the middle of the skillet with seasoned ricotta cheese, top with pizza sauce, pepperoni and shredded cheese. And a few more pepperoni, because hey, it’s a party. After about 15 minutes in the oven, the cheese mixture in the middle turns into a hot, gooey dip with all the flavors of a fresh-from-the-oven pepperoni pizza. Meanwhile, the pizza snacks bake up crisp, hot and golden brown. And when you grab those little rolls and dip them into the pizza dip center, it’s like having two pizzas in one. Pizza Dip Skillet…the ultimate pizza party in a pan.
