If you're looking for a super easy, slightly fancy, and totally delicious dessert, these Lemon Lavender Cookie Bars are it! They start with a shortcut, but trust me, they taste homemade. A little lemon zest and juice brighten up the dough, and the real magic happens with the lavender-infused buttercream frosting. It’s rich, creamy and gives these bars a subtle floral twist that feels straight out of a bakery.

They’re perfect for spring brunches, bridal showers, tea parties, or just because you want a sweet treat that feels a little extra special. Plus, they come together with minimal effort, because who doesn’t love a dessert that looks fancy but is actually super simple? Give them a try, and get ready for major compliments!
