Italian-Style Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 package (4.9 ounces) Betty Crocker™ au gratin potatoes
  • 2 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1/4 can grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 package (3 1/4-ounce size) sliced pepperoni

Instructions

    Heat oven to 400°F. Stir together Potatoes. Sauce Mix and boiling water in ungreased 2-quart casserole; stir in milk.

    Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and potatoes are tender. Spread pizza sauce over potatoes. Sprinkle cheeses over sauce; arrange pepperoni over cheese.

    Bake uncovered 5 to 8 minutes longer or until topping is hot and cheese is melted.
