Ingredients
- 1 package (4.9 ounces) Betty Crocker™ au gratin potatoes
- 2 1/4 cups boiling water
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 ounces)
- 1/4 can grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 package (3 1/4-ounce size) sliced pepperoni
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Stir together Potatoes. Sauce Mix and boiling water in ungreased 2-quart casserole; stir in milk.

Step2Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and potatoes are tender. Spread pizza sauce over potatoes. Sprinkle cheeses over sauce; arrange pepperoni over cheese.

Step3Bake uncovered 5 to 8 minutes longer or until topping is hot and cheese is melted.
