Italian Pancake Dunkers

Ingredients
- Pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 ounces)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoni
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
Instructions

Step1Heat pizza sauce until warm; keep warm. Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Step2Spoon batter by tablespoonfuls onto hot griddle; spread slightly.

Step3Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. To serve, dunk pancakes into sauce.
