Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup currants or raisins
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® lemon, orange or plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Step

    Heat oven to 375°. Lightly grease bottom and side of round pan, 9x1 1/2 inches, with shortening.

    Mix flour, currants, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Mix yogurt and oil; stir into flour mixture just until flour is moistened. Spread dough in pan.

    Bake about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into wedges. Serve warm or cool.
