Honey Nut Stacks of Snacks

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios™ cereal
- 2 cups quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. In 2-quart saucepan, heat brown sugar and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat.

Step2Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into ungreased 13x9-inch pan. With rubber spatula, spread mixture in pan until even.

Step3Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden brown and firm. Remove from oven to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 45 minutes.

Step4With table knife, cut baked mixture into 6 rows by 6 rows to make 36 bars. Store in loosely covered container.
