Ingredients
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 2 cups water
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil, undrained
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1 bag (1 lb) frozen cauliflower, carrots and snow peas (or other combination)
- 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 425°F. In 4-quart ovenproof Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in water, tomatoes, tomato paste and vegetables. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; remove from heat.

Step2In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 6 spoonfuls onto beef mixture.

Step3Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and stew is bubbly.
