Grilled Memphis-Style Sliders

The delicious taste of barbecue pulled pork in a slider. We spooned our favorite barbecue sauce over mini grilled ground beef patties and topped with deli-style cole slaw for some added tangy crunch.
Grilled Memphis-Style Sliders

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 1/2 tablespoons French onion soup mix (dry)
- 8 mini burger buns (about 2 1/2 inches in diameter), split
- 2 cups creamy coleslaw (from deli)
- Barbecue sauce
Instructions

Step1Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, mix ground beef and dry soup mix. Shape into 8 equal patties.

Step2Place patties in grill basket; place on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F.

Step3Place patties on bottom halves of buns. Top each immediately with 1/4 cup coleslaw and spoonful of barbecue sauce. Cover with top halves of buns.
