Grilled Daytona Spicy Burgers

Ingredients
- 3 pounds lean ground beef
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 12 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Instructions

Step1Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Mix all ingredients except buns. Shape into 12 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick.

Step2Cover and grill patties 3 to 4 inches from medium heat 10 to 11 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center and juice is clear. Serve on buns.
