Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups green olives in brine, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 2 tablespoons fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
