Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)

Step1In 6-quart saucepan, heat 1 inch water and beans to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.

Step2In large bowl, place beans. Add remaining ingredients except feta cheese; toss to coat.
