Giant Oven Burger

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds extra-lean ground beef
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chili sauce or ketchup
- 1 unsliced round loaf Italian or sourdough bread, 8 inches in diameter

Step1Heat oven to 350°F.

Step2Mix all ingredients except chili sauce and bread. Press beef mixture in ungreased pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inches. Spread chili sauce over top.

Step3Bake uncovered 45 to 50 minutes or until no longer pink in center; drain. Let stand 5 minutes.

Step4Cut bread crosswise in half. Carefully place burger between halves. Cut into wedges.
