Garlic-Herb Bread

- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 loaf (1 pound) French bread, cut into 16 slices

Step1Heat oven to 400°F.

Step2Stir together all ingredients except bread. Spread mixture over both sides of bread slices. Reassemble loaf and wrap securely in heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot.
