- 1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt tropical or mixed berry

Step1In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth, stopping blender once to scrape sides.
