- 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 1/3 lb prosciutto or deli-style ham slices, chopped (1/3 cup)
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 2 lb fresh green peas, shelled*
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step1In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook prosciutto and onion in oil, stirring frequently, until onion is tender.
