Ingredients
- 1 package regular active dry yeast
- 2 cups warm water (105°F to 115°F)
- 4 cups Gold Medal™ self-rising flour
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease 24 regular-size muffin cups with shortening or cooking spray.

Step2In large bowl, stir together yeast and warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling three-fourths full.

Step3Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to cooling racks. Serve warm.
