- 1 package (16 ounces) Italian bread shell or ready-to-serve pizza crust (12 to 14 inches in diameter)
- 2/3 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon olive or vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
- 2 cups broccoli slaw
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Step1Heat oven to 450°.

Step2Place bread shell on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over bread shell.

Step3Heat oil in 8-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic and onion in oil, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Stir in broccoli slaw. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding up to 2 tablespoons water if necessary to prevent sticking, until broccoli is crisp-tender.
